World Engineering Xchange, Ltd’s mission is simple and clear – to provide world-wide access, via the Internet, to on-line tools for the efficient identification, acquisition, and management of essential engineering standardization information. Further, WEX intends to offer this access through economical, pay-as-you-go electronic purchasing  of data, as well as through subscription access for large, high-usage consumers.

The WEX management team is made up of:

Robert Wing is Chief Executive Officer and founder of World Engineering Xchange, Ltd. Robert was the Chief Executive Officer of Information Handling Services, Engineering Division, and has over 30 years of experience in marketing and sales. Prior to his role as CEO for Information Handling Services, he served as President of International Sales at IHS where he managed sales channels in more than 80 countries.

Jeff Kennedy is Vice President of Operations.  Jeff has over 25 years in operations and sales management. Jeff was VP of Sales at Partsbase.com, a provider of parts and logistic information directed toward the aviation industry. He also was Director of Sales for a technical, scientific and medical publisher, CRC Press, and worked in international operations with Information Handling Services.

Natalia Rojas Director of Sales; Natalia is one of the founders of WEX, she’s been with the company since the first day the doors opened to the public. Prior to WEX, Natalia was the General Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean for Information Handling Services and has more than 15 years of experience in sales and document management.

Berle Larned is Vice President of Development. Berle has been involved in the information services industry for nearly four decades, specializing in product development and management. During this period Berle was Managing Director of ESDU International, Vice President of Development and Operations for CADIS, Inc., and Director of Product Management for Information Handling Services. Berle has also been in senior management roles for Micromedex, Inc., INACOM International, and US WEST Knowledge Engineering.
